Appraisal services are provided in accordance with Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP).
Working with the CRA & RI designations, appraisal assignments can be accepted for:
Residential Properties
Up to four individual dwelling units (four-plex)
Transitional Properties
Subject to Highest and Best Use analysis.
Rural & Estate Acreages
With the exception of working farms (dairies, etc.)
Recreational Properties
Lakefront etc.
