Byron has accumulated twenty-plus years’ experience appraising wide ranging holdings, primarily within the Upper Fraser Valley, and as much of this practice was gained under the guidance and mentorship of local life-long resident appraisers (now retired) in all market sectors, a broad scope of understanding was gleaned.
Purview focuses on communities within the Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board, the region encompassing more than several jurisdictions, each holding separate governance with corresponding legal land constraints, unique expansion and revitalization proposals as-well-as respective private and public participants in development and disposition. Knowing and being able to accurately address these critical appraisal components establish footings for valuation framework, key considerations to achieving decisive and dependable results.
